As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will play an essential role in decoding consumer behavior and translating data into actionable insights. Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer data analysis or market research role.
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis software, such as SPSS or R.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with survey design and customer feedback mechanisms preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
