Counter Sales Executive (225-713)

As a Counter Sales Executive, you will be the face of our retail establishment, responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the highest quality service. Your primary role will involve direct interaction with customers at the sales counter, ensuring a seamless buying experience. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and thoroughly understanding and promoting our products. As a key team member, you will assist in maintaining product quality and stock control, all while ensuring the sales floor is effectively organized and presented.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and offer them assistance.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to the appropriate products.
• Provide in-depth product information and showcase product features to customers.
• Handle cash registers and manage financial transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
• Answer customer inquiries over the counter and phone promptly and politely.
• Process customer payments and issue receipts, refunds, or changes to bills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and appealing sales counter and store environment.
• Restock shelves, counters, and all other zones with current merchandise.
• Coordinate with sales and inventory teams to ensure stock availability.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Keep a meticulous record of daily sales and inventory updates.
• Participate in regular training to stay updated on product changes and promotions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for sales-related courses.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic for handling cash transactions and inventories.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during work shifts.
