You will be responsible for managing a module of work or leading a small project team (1-2 members). This involves guiding client teams and structuring analyses to address key client challenges. Key objectives include serving as an internal role model, building expertise with mid-level client management, and beginning to engage in business development activities, such as preparing proposals and participating in client pitches.
Research and analysis – Garnering market intelligence through mix of secondary research and interactions with business stakeholders. Collation, validation and meaningful analysis of the data derive critical insights.
Strategy and/ or business planning experience
Excel modelling – Develop basic excel based models – market sizing model, demand estimation model, strategic attractiveness model, forecasting model etc.
Report preparation – Develop industry and competition profiles. Develop module reports and help supervisors to draft client-ready deliverables
Consistent and error free delivery – Consistent and error fee submissions. Taking ownership of own work.
Business Support – Leverage sector/ technology knowledge in supporting on proposals
Thought Leadership – Keeping abreast with the latest happening in the industry and share novel ideas and thoughts through various platforms
Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are heeded
Develop excellent quality content
Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience
Required Competencies
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a strategic role within the sectors mentioned above.
Postgraduate qualification (MBA or a relevant engineering discipline such as mechanical, instrumentation, or electrical), though flexible.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is a MUST
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Capable of working independently with minimal remote supervision.
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Committed to maintaining high-quality standards and discipline.
A strategic thinker who understands how operational activities contribute to the broader business strategy.
