A very well known Social Media and SaaS company is seeking a proactive and versatile Sales & Marketing Assistant to support their expanding commercial efforts. What You’ll DoYou’ll act as a hybrid between Sales Development and Marketing Support, responsible for managing leads, driving engagement, and supporting conversion across the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload and manage inbound and outbound leads using Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
Proactively follow up with leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Qualify leads and convert them into Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) or closed deals.
Book discovery/demo calls and manage communications throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain CRM hygiene – ensuring clean, accurate, and up-to-date data.
Prepare light proposals, quotes, or follow-up documentation where required.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email, content, and social media.
Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
Repurpose marketing content for use in sales outreach campaigns.
What You Bring:
Experience in a Sales Support, SDR, or Marketing Assistant role.
Comfortable with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and marketing tools.
Confident communicator via phone, email, and social platforms.
Organised, proactive, and results-driven.
Creative flair and an interest in content marketing is a plus.
