Job Description

The role of Clinical Psychologist is a vital one in the mental health field, focusing on assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals experiencing psychological distress. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting psychological evaluations, providing therapy sessions, and developing treatment plans to help clients address their emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation for each client.
  • Stay current on advancements in the field of psychology and participate in continued education and training opportunities.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the practice of psychology, including ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent.
  • Conduct research studies and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices in the field of psychology.
  • Provide consultation and training to other professionals, organizations, or community groups on mental health topics and interventions.

  • Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program
  • Completion of an internship in clinical psychology
  • State licensure as a clinical psychologist
  • Experience in conducting psychological assessments and providing psychotherapy
  • Strong knowledge of psychological theories and treatment modalities
