Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and managing the clinic staff. Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining compliance with regulations and policies, and training and supervising clinic personnel. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare administration, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
  • Oversee the scheduling of appointments, patient flow, and staffing to meet patient care needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care provided by clinic staff and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and applicable regulations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure seamless patient care and interdisciplinary communication.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment within the clinic to support daily operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize clinic operations and improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation related to clinic operations and patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient satisfaction surveys, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a point of contact for patients, families, and other stakeholders regarding clinic operations and patient care issues.

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
