Strategic HealthCare Consultant

The Strategic Healthcare Consultant plays a key role in guiding healthcare organizations toward improved operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance. This position involves conducting in-depth analysis, advising on strategy, and implementing solutions to align healthcare services with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, analytics, and change implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans for healthcare service delivery, efficiency, and growth.

• Conduct organizational assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.

• Provide recommendations on healthcare policy, technology adoption, and patient care models.

• Collaborate with executive teams to align healthcare strategies with business objectives.

• Analyze market trends, patient data, and regulatory changes to inform decisions.

• Lead implementation of performance improvement initiatives.

• Prepare and present reports on healthcare trends, KPIs, and outcomes.

• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with local healthcare laws and international standards.

• Support mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of consulting or strategic planning experience in healthcare.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems, standards, and regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to lead change in clinical or administrative environments.

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

• Experience with healthcare data systems and analytics tools.

• Familiarity with accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, DHA, MOH).

• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
