Nutritionist

The Nutritionist is responsible for assessing clients' dietary needs and developing personalized nutrition plans to promote health, manage diseases, or achieve specific wellness goals. This role involves educating individuals or groups about healthy eating habits and tracking progress through regular consultations. An ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a scientific understanding of nutrition, and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients’ dietary habits, health status, and nutritional goals.

• Create customized meal plans tailored to individual needs and preferences.

• Provide evidence-based nutritional guidance and counseling.

• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary.

• Educate clients on food choices, portion control, and nutrition labels.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support treatment plans.

• Conduct group sessions or workshops on healthy eating.

• Keep up with the latest nutrition research and trends.

• Document consultations, progress notes, and dietary assessments.

• Promote wellness programs through various media and community outreach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.

• Valid license to practice in UAE.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical, sports, or community nutrition.

• In-depth knowledge of nutrition science and dietary guidelines.

• Strong communication and motivational skills.

• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and nutrition planning tools.

• Ability to translate scientific concepts into practical advice.

• Organizational skills to manage appointments and client records.
