Your role will require you to deeply understand our product offerings and combine this knowledge with your interpersonal skills to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide expert product knowledge to assist clients in making informed decisions.
  • Identify client needs and actively promote relevant product features and benefits.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain up-to-date client information and interaction records.
  • Deliver personalized service by understanding individual client preferences and requirements.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and capture feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Participate in and support promotional events to enhance client engagement and sales.
  • Monitor market trends and gather client insights to contribute to strategic planning.
  • Use problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a client-facing role or similar position.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools.
  • Enthusiasm for providing outstanding client service and fostering strong relationships.
