Channel Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve target goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to design and execute business plans.
  • Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular performance reports and market feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Conduct training sessions for partners to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits for both sides.
  • Monitor sales activities and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts affecting channel partner relationships.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in channel sales or similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Must be highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
