About Us
PROPQA AI is the UAE’s disruptive startup in PropTech.

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in expanding our footprint across the UAE real estate market.

What You'll Do
As a key part of our sales team, you will:
🔍 Identify, prospect, and secure new real estate brokerage clients through cold calling, networking, events, and referrals.
📈 Collaborate with the Senior BDM to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for expanding our UAE market presence.
📊 Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, with accurate lead tracking and updates in CRM from initial contact to closure.
💡 Deliver engaging product presentations and personalized demos tailored to each client's needs.
🤝 Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to onboarding and customer success teams.
📚 Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and the real estate landscape to provide strategic client insights.
🤝 Work with cross-functional teams to relay client feedback, share market sentiment, and drive product/service improvement.
🌐 Represent PROPQA AI at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
🔄 Stay flexible and support other departments or business initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (required)
📈 4–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or SaaS.
🔄 Strong understanding of sales cycles and customer relationship management.
🏙️ In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is essential.
🗣️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
🚗 Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
