The Business Development Manager is a strategic role that focuses on the growth and expansion of a company's client base and overall business opportunities. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence client decisions effectively.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve problems with a creative approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to gather and interpret data accurately.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with little oversight.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
