Job Description

As a SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Executive, you will be at the forefront of our digital advertising efforts, driving meaningful business growth through effective paid search campaigns. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. In this role, your analytical skills will be crucial in interpreting data and translating it into actionable insights. Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure cohesive strategic alignment across all digital marketing initiatives. It's a position that requires a mix of creativity and analytical skills to boost online presence, engage target audiences, and increase online conversions for the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage PPC campaigns across various search platforms effectively.
  • Conduct keyword research to ensure proper targeting and campaign optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize bids and budgets.
  • Create engaging ad copy and landing pages aligned with campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEM strategies with overall goals.
  • Monitor competitor activity and search engine trends to stay competitive.
  • Manage budget forecasts and financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance and optimization efforts.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics for tracking campaign success and ROI.
  • Identify opportunities to expand campaign reach and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of current SEM best practices and guidelines.
  • Test new SEM strategies and report on their performance and learnings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a SEM Executive or similar role with demonstrable success.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing to optimize performance.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and their integration with SEM strategies.
