Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings for requirement gathering and solution brainstorming.
  • Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements or solutions.
  • Assist in the development and testing of new business applications and solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring that deliverables meet business expectations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management review.
  • Maintain effective communication between the development team and business units.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant business processes and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software, such as MS Excel and SQL.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
