Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in business development or sales management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess market opportunities critically.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding relevant targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and business development tools and techniques.
