We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a female who possesses excellent communication skills and exhibits strong leadership abilities. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, and collaborating with other teams to develop tailored proposals. Responsibilities

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to foster company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative project proposals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and present business development strategies to senior management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Analyze feedback from clients to improve products and services offered.
  • Develop long-term business growth strategies to enhance market presence.
  • Lead negotiation efforts to secure effective contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure effective pricing strategies.
  • Track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business plans.
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand professional networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic insight.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new situations and challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and capability to lead a team effectively.
