Job Description

• Greeting customers appropriately
• Introducing customers to the Sales or Service department
• Maintaining a complete database of the customers contact information
• Providing administrative support to dealership departments as required
• Taking feedback from customers and logging guest messages or complaints in the absence of the appropriate team members, ensuring information is accurately recorded and referred.
• Maintaining the reception/guest areas in accordance with dealership standards.
• Maintaining quality standards of dress, attitude, guest care and health and safety in order to portray a professional image to guests at all times
  
  

Qualifications

• High school or higher
• Good communication skills
