The B2B Sales Manager for Travel & Mobility is a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with driving sales and expanding our presence in the travel and mobility sectors. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with business clients, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with their objectives. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional services and products that meet our clients' expectations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for fostering long-term client relationships. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to achieve sales targets, expand our client base, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the travel and mobility sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships to encourage retention and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance service offerings and client solutions.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on sales activities and market conditions.
  • Organize and attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote company services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, promoting professional development within the team.
  • Address client inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel and mobility sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust and rapport.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies.
  • Available for travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
