Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with business clients.
Oversee a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven work experience as a B2B Account Manager or similar role.
Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships.
Ability to act as a consultant and identify client-specific solutions.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients.
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
