Job Description

The Automation/ELV Sales Manager is a key contributor to the growth and expansion of our automation and extra-low voltage (ELV) business vertical. This role requires a strategic and innovative thinker with a strong business acumen in the areas of automation technology and ELV systems. As an experienced sales professional, the Automation/ELV Sales Manager will develop and implement robust sales strategies to enhance our market presence and build lasting relationships with clients. You will be at the forefront of technology trends, understanding the intricate needs of our client base, and delivering customized solutions that meet and exceed those needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, steering organizational goals to success through relentless pursuit of excellence and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for automation and ELV services.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads for sales opportunities in the market.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are accurately understood.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed for improvement.
  • Stay updated on new product offerings and technological advancements in automation and ELV.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and networking events to promote company services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing post-sales support.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior sales staff to enhance their performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales within the automation or ELV industry for a minimum of five years.
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies and ELV systems and applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and objectives.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools for performance tracking.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
