Job Description

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will serve as a key player in our sales leadership team, working directly with the Sales Manager to drive the sales team towards achieving the company's sales targets. You will play a vital role in coaching and motivating sales representatives, as well as providing strategic insights to improve sales methodologies and operations. In this dynamic role, your contribution will not only involve managing sales performance but also executing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to our clientele. Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and high service levels.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales results and activities for presentation to management.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and coaching to enhance skills and efficiency.
  • Identify potential markets and opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Participate in recruiting and onboarding of new sales team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales management or a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Analytical mindset for evaluating sales data and making strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools or platforms.
