We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI) to join our core engineering team. You’ll work on large-scale AI systems, build multi-agent frameworks, and design data-intensive applications that power next-generation LLM-driven products. This role offers the opportunity to work on foundational infrastructure decisions and make a direct impact on product development.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and data pipelines for AI agents and LLM applications.
• Develop and manage data layers across SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), and vector databases.
• Build, deploy, and manage advanced AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern frameworks.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM applications: prototyping, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to shape the technical roadmap and ensure best engineering practices.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and own services through the full lifecycle (development → testing → deployment → maintenance).
  

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development, with focus on machine learning, backend systems, or data engineering.
• Strong foundation in computer science (data structures, algorithms, OOP).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; data modeling and database design.
• Hands-on experience with LLM application lifecycle (evaluation, testing, deployment, observability tools such as Langfuse, Arize, Weights & Biases).
• Experience with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Agno, etc.).
• Familiarity with real-time data processing (Kafka, Pulsar, Kinesis) and event-driven architectures.
• Exposure to microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed systems.
• Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX), and multimodal AI systems.
• Portfolio of projects, open-source contributions, or personal experiments in AI.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership.
