Director - Product Marketing

Product marketing is what connects great products with the people who need them. As a part of product marketing team, you will be making our Enterprise apps and Frappe Cloud stand out by creating multiple assets like websites, documentation, videos, and more, while shaping messaging, guiding go-to-market strategy, and enabling partners and teams.

Who we are looking for:

Were looking for someone who brings energy and consistency to the table. You should have:

1. 5-7 years of experience in SaaS product marketing.
2. Strong skills in content creation, and customer-focused marketing.
3. Comfortable collaborating with product, and partner teams.
4. Self-driven, analytical, and creative in solving challenges.

What you will be working on:

1. Content creation: Work on assets like documentation, websites, whitepapers, videos, decks, customer stories, testimonials, and more.
2. Sales and partner enablement: Plan partner and team training, create training content and enable partner teams with necessary sales assets.
3. Adoption & Analysis: Drive awareness and usage through social media, webinars, 3rd-party app listings and more, and measure impact and work towards growth.
4. Leadership: Set cadence and eventually build a team of product marketers who follow the same for newer apps.
5. Market research:

• Positioning & Messaging: Define the product’s value, target audience, and differentiation to make it stand out in the market.
• Market & Customer Insights: Research customer needs and competitor trends, and share actionable insights with product and sales teams.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan launches and campaigns, aligning cross-functional teams on GTM goals.
