As a Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and management of construction projects. Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all project goals are met.
• Conduct site investigations and analyze data for environmental and geological considerations.
• Develop detailed designs and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient project completion.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all project sites.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation, including permits, contracts, and safety reports.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
• Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and cost estimates prepared by third parties.
• Monitor construction progress and provide technical advice to resolve issues or constraints encountered onsite.
• Prepare and present reports on project status and progress to clients and senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and safety standards through continual professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in civil engineering project planning and execution.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or commitment to obtaining this licensure preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities for addressing complex engineering challenges.
