Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management role preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide a sales team effectively.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills for client and internal interactions.
