About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Country Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of sales experience, excellent leadership skills, must be an Arabic speaker, and hold a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage country-wide sales activities to consistently achieve sales targets
✅ Supervise, coach, and motivate sales teams across multiple regions
✅ Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth
✅ Conduct regular market visits, analyze competitor activities, and identify new sales opportunities
✅ Ensure proper inventory management and product availability at all outlets
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners
✅ Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
✅ Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or national role
✔️ Must be fluent in Arabic and English
✔️ Strong leadership, team management, and sales planning skills
✔️ Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities
✔️ Ability to manage and motivate sales teams across multiple locations
✔️ Proficient in MS Office and sales management software
