Job Description

As an Odoo Functional Analyst, you will play a crucial role in defining, analyzing, and optimizing business processes through the implementation and customization of the Odoo ERP platform. You will engage with teams across various departments to understand their requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and work closely with developers to deliver high-quality Odoo solutions. This position bridges the gap between IT and business operations, ensuring the smooth integration and deployment of software solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems, along with excellent problem-solving skills to deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes to identify system requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional specifications.
  • Develop and implement solutions within the Odoo ERP platform to meet business needs.
  • Coordinate with developers to customize and configure modules in Odoo effectively.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure optimal system utilization.
  • Create and maintain documentation of system configurations and processes.
  • Participate in system testing to ensure implementations meet functional requirements.
  • Assist in project management tasks, including timeline and budget tracking.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Odoo system.
  • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving Odoo-related issues.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with IT strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a functional analyst working with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and Odoo module functionalities.
  • Excellent analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in preparing functional specifications and related documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
  • Experience in managing and participating in cross-functional project teams.
