Project Manager – Construction & Real Estate Development (225-927)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team in the Construction & Real Estate Development industry. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-quality projects that meet the client's expectations and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders effectively.
• Monitor and report on project progress, including performance and financial metrics.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget guidelines.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies where necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee procurement of materials and manage project resources efficiently.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, support, and guidance to the project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
