Facilities Building Maintenance Supervisor and Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
• Lead and supervise a team of technicians and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and daily support.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability and safety.
• Plan, manage, and execute facility improvement projects, including equipment upgrades and renovations, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Manage procurement and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, negotiating with vendors and contractors for cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and control the annual facilities budget, introducing cost-saving initiatives to reduce operational expenses.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve safety, security, and maintenance issues in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with department heads, senior management, and external contractors to meet operational and project requirements.
• Focus on energy management by implementing energy-efficient technologies and practices to reduce consumption and lower costs.
• Ensure tenant and stakeholder satisfaction through timely issue resolution and consistent facility support.
