An Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and efficient flow of goods by air transportation.   • Provide customers with accurate and timely information on shipment status.

  • Coordinate with customs brokers and carriers to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Continuously update knowledge on air logistics trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, customer service, or a related area preferred.
  • Strong understanding of air freight and logistics processes and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and modern communication tools essential.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and operational efficiency is mandatory for this position.
