Job Description

As an Air Condition Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving the sales of air conditioning products. Your primary focus will be on developing strategic marketing plans and executing sales initiatives to achieve set targets and enhance customer satisfaction. You will engage with potential clients, understand their cooling needs, and suggest suitable solutions, while also nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. As a key player in the sales and marketing team, you will leverage your expertise in marketing trends to promote brand awareness and increase our market share in the competitive HVAC industry.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive air conditioning product sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify and exploit new sales opportunities and trends.
  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and product demand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize promotional activities and sales initiatives.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to showcase products and network with potential clients.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations and technical information to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and deliver convincing sales presentations and proposals to close deals.
  • Monitor and report on competitors' activities to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record with at least 3 years in sales and marketing roles.
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of the HVAC industry and products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
