Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure office efficiency.
  • Facilitate communications by answering phone calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Maintain organized files and records for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Support team members by preparing documents and managing correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks and ensure accuracy in all entries and records.
  • Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as necessary.
  • Welcome visitors and clients and provide them with assistance as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries with precision and care.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members on special projects and tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining the tidiness and organization of the communal workspaces.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role beneficial.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other essential computer software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-oriented approach to tasks.
