Job Description

The Admin Logistic position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for streamlining and managing the logistics and supply chain operations. This role involves overseeing and coordinating various administrative and logistical activities to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all logistics processes are executed seamlessly. This position requires effective communication and collaboration with different departments, vendors, and clients to guarantee that goods are transported and supplied in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Admin Logistic professional will also be tasked with maintaining compliance with industry regulations and implementing best practices to optimize logistic operations.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventories, and warehouse movements.
  • Develop and implement logistics plans to meet short-term and long-term goals.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Oversee loading, unloading, and storage operations to maintain product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in logistics activities.
  • Monitor and report on key logistical performance indicators and metrics.
  • Identify and resolve logistical issues to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize logistics expenses effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with transportation service providers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for logistics-related project management.
  • Train and guide logistics staff to improve knowledge and skill sets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management for at least three years.
  • Strong understanding of logistics software and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
