As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our office environment. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, assisting with calendar management.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, calls, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Support the HR department with administrative tasks and employee records.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure availability when needed.
  • Facilitate internal communication by disseminating important information promptly.
  • Assist with data entry and management of company databases accurately.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage related documentation.
  • Assist in organizing company events, functions, and catering arrangements.
  • Provide additional support to executives and senior management when required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of office processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or in an office assistant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills is crucial.
