In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations, as well as overseeing the administrative functions of the office. Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain organized financial records, reports, and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies across various accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the company budget and forecasts.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining office supplies and managing schedules.
  • Handle HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for company staff.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer service to clients and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary information during audits.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in an accounting and administrative role minimum of 3 years.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations is essential.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical for this role.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience in payroll management and employee benefits administration beneficial.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines consistently.
  • High level of integrity and attention to confidentiality is required.
