Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Maintain organized financial records, reports, and documentation for audit purposes.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies across various accounts.
Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the company budget and forecasts.
Provide administrative support, including maintaining office supplies and managing schedules.
Handle HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding and record maintenance.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for company staff.
Respond to inquiries and provide customer service to clients and partners.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary information during audits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
Proven experience in an accounting and administrative role minimum of 3 years.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations is essential.
Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical for this role.
Detail-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience in payroll management and employee benefits administration beneficial.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting deadlines consistently.
High level of integrity and attention to confidentiality is required.
