As an Account Manager, you will be integral in maintaining and building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the key liaison between the company and its clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring the delivery of effective solutions. You’ll manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. Your role will involve collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction, address escalations promptly, and aim for overall account growth and retention. This position requires someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, has exemplary communication skills, and possesses a deep understanding of client relationship management strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of company solutions to meet client needs.
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to the internal development and support teams.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions to clients.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, escalating as necessary to ensure customer success.
  • Monitor and forecast client usage and retention metrics for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and grow client base.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, clients, and competitive landscape.
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting on account performance and activity tracking.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an account management or equivalent client-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency is essential.
  • Capable of handling multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to problem-solve creatively and develop strategic solutions.
  • Experience in CRM software usage, data analysis, and reporting tools preferred.
