Job Description

As an Account Management Executive, you play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing support, and delivering solutions that elevate the company's brand. Your expertise will contribute to nurturing long-term business relationships and driving client retention and growth. In this dynamic role, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills are essential. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that clients' needs and expectations are consistently met and exceeded, helping to secure the company's competitive edge in the marketplace.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and intervene to resolve conflicts and issues effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account statuses, progress, and future plans.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance service offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create client-specific promotional and outreach strategies.
  • Participate in developing client retention and loyalty enhancement strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments to expedite resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven track record in account management or sales, preferably in B2B.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite are highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
