Responsibilities
Coordinate the development and implementation of academic programs and initiatives.
Serve as a primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and students regarding program-related inquiries.
Assure compliance with institutional and accreditation standards by maintaining accurate program documentation.
Assist in strategic planning and policy development to enhance academic program quality.
Facilitate communication and cooperation between different academic and administrative departments.
Manage program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of activities.
Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new students and faculty members.
Collect, analyze, and present data on program performance and outcomes to support decision-making.
Participate in curriculum development meetings and provide input on program structure and content.
Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and academic success.
Plan and execute events and workshops to promote program awareness and involvement.
Prepare reports and assessments on academic programs for review by senior administration.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or related field is required.
Minimum of three years of experience in academic program administration is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people in an educational setting.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Proficiency in using educational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
