Responsibilities

• Install new and modified air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose malfunctions in air conditioning systems and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and parts.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction with all services performed.
• Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time management.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to address complex service issues.
• Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations at job sites.
• Stay updated on the latest technology and advancements in HVAC systems.
• Recommend solutions and improvements for enhancing system performance and reliability.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Perform emergency repair services and on-call duties as required by schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in air conditioning installation and repair.
• Certification in HVAC or equivalent field is highly desirable.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for handling system issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling to job sites.
