Job Description

The Head of Creative is a pivotal leadership role within the marketing and advertising sectors, tasked with overseeing and steering the creative direction of the organization.   • Set, monitor, and report on key performance indicators for creative projects and teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a senior creative leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand and marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital, print, and multimedia production processes.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts.
