Job Description

A Medical Representative, often referred to as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, plays a crucial role in the healthcare industry. These professionals serve as the link between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers, promoting pharmaceutical products and increasing their visibility in the market. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals, providing them with up-to-date information about various medications, and persuading them to prescribe your company's products. Responsibilities

  • Gather and report feedback from healthcare professionals and the market environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales activities and achievements.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all business activities.
  • Stay updated with healthcare industry regulations and product compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related medical field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required for the role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Adept at using digital tools and platforms for presentations and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend conferences.
  • In-depth understanding of medical and scientific terminology is highly desired.
