Job Description

A Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in defining, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's brand, products, or services. This individual is responsible for enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. The Digital Marketing Specialist may also identify and evaluate new digital technologies and use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising. The ideal candidate should be skilled at developing creative marketing strategies, have a keen understanding of multiple digital marketing channels, and possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve strategies. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and technology.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Oversee the social media strategy for the company to ensure optimal engagement.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business.
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect website traffic and service quotas.
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content, including website updates and blog posts.
  • Use CRM data to tailor marketing communications and campaigns effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns.
  • Proficient in using website analytics tools and tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to maximize performance.
