The Project

Mace is delivering PMC services across a significant portfolio of high-value mixed-use developments. The projects are at various stages of the development cycle and need to be managed through planning, design, procurement and delivery on what is a multi-year assignment.

The design manager manages the implementation of design management system/s and its effectiveness in meeting business statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.

Acts as an enabler for change, business improvement and delivers distinctive value for clients.

Oversees all phases or stages of design management including interactions/coordination with construction, commercial, programme and procurement.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Coordinate design activities to meet business plan goals, deadlines, and budgets.
• Lead daily operations of design management teams across projects.
• Ensure compliance with briefs, stakeholder needs, and governance standards.
• Provide operational support and resource coordination.
• Analyze and present KPIs and data for management reviews.
• Support business development and work-winning efforts.
• Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Promote knowledge sharing, sustainability, and carbon reduction goals.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, or related field.
