We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer / Visualizer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models based on architectural plans, sketches, and conceptual ideas.

• Utilize software tools, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray, for effective design processes.
• Ensure accurate representation of specified materials, lighting, and textures for each project.
• Maintain efficient workflow processes to produce visuals within the designated timeline.
• Continuously update and enhance rendering skills to stay ahead in design trends and technology.
• Work closely with the project management team to understand project deadlines and deliverables.
• Participate in design meetings and presentations to contribute to robust teamwork dynamics.
• Incorporate client feedback effectively to refine visuals and meet client satisfaction.
• Manage file organization and project documentation for easy retrieval and updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a 3D Designer or Visualizer in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of rendering techniques and lighting settings for realistic visualizations.
