Job Description

A Quality Analyst in the manufacturing industry plays a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality products that meet industry standards and customer expectations. This role involves monitoring and evaluating various stages of the manufacturing process, conducting quality inspections, and implementing quality control measures to identify and address defects. The Quality Analyst collaborates with production teams, engineers, and management to optimize manufacturing processes and deliver superior products.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards.
  • Inspection Procedures: Develop and execute detailed inspection procedures and protocols to assess product quality and identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
  • Collect and analyze data from quality inspections, tests, and audits to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
  • Defect Identification and Resolution: Identify, document, and report defects, discrepancies, or deviations from quality standards. Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Recommend process improvements and modifications to enhance product quality, reduce defects, and optimize production efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of quality inspection results, test data, and corrective actions taken. Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols. Participate in audits and assessments to maintain certifications and accreditations.
  • Train and educate production teams on quality control standards, best practices, and quality assurance techniques.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of defects or quality issues. Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality-related concerns, make process adjustments, and achieve production goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or Quality Control Inspector in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in quality inspection techniques, measurement tools, and testing equipment.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in identifying defects and assessing product quality.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement corrective actions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic or other languages may be advantageous for better communication with diverse teams.
