As a Video Content Creator, you will be at the forefront of the digital storytelling revolution, crafting visually appealing and engaging content that resonates with a diverse audience. Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video content that aligns with our marketing goals and brand voice.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop unique video ideas.
• Edit raw footage to produce compelling final videos across multiple formats.
• Stay updated with industry trends to implement latest techniques in video production.
• Manage all aspects of video production, from initial concept to final post-production.
• Ensure brand consistency throughout all video content and ensure quality control.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Work closely with graphic designers, marketers, and other creatives on joint projects.
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and shot lists to guide video production processes.
• Monitor video performance metrics and incorporate feedback for content improvement.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio tools.
• Train and mentor junior video creators on best practices and latest editing software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in video production and editing, showcasing a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
• Excellent understanding of video formats and codecs for optimal workflow.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet strict deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of lighting, audio equipment, and digital cinematography basics.
