Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a strong ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone. The Telesales Representative will play a key role in generating sales leads, establishing relationships, and achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and discuss potential solutions based on their needs.
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling, research, and data analysis.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and product presentations to educate potential customers about our offerings.
  • Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas through effective lead conversion and sales closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls made and opportunities created.
  • Continuously update and enhance product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, sharing insights and feedback to improve overall sales performance.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Active listener with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude towards rejection and objections.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape is advantageous.
