Shop Supervisor

A Shop Supervisor is responsible for managing the operations of a retail store. They oversee the activities of sales associates, ensure excellent customer service, maintain inventory levels, and maximize profitability. Shop Supervisors also handle employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and handle customer complaints.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise sales associates, ensuring efficient workflow and performance.
• Train and onboard new employees on store policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including order placement and stock organization.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations.
