Sales Executive - Copier and Printer

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive - Copier & Printer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of copiers, printers, and related solutions. This role demands excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of office equipment, and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Present, promote, and sell copier and printer solutions to prospective clients.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations in a timely manner.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products and competitors’ offerings.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline updates.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to generate leads and promote products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of proven sales experience in office equipment (copiers, printers, MFPs).

• Solid understanding of copier, printer, and document management solutions.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software.

• UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
