Boutique Manager

The Boutique Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a luxury retail store, ensuring a premium customer experience, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and upholding brand standards. This role requires a strong background in high-end retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate is results-driven, well-presented, and capable of building lasting relationships with discerning clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff.

• Drive boutique performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction.

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver high performance.

• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal trends.

• Handle VIP clients and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.

• Prepare and analyze sales reports, proposing strategies to improve performance.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and purchasing teams.

• Oversee cash handling, store security, and compliance with operational policies.

• Represent the brand at promotional events and maintain strong client networks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

• Experience in clienteling and managing high-net-worth customers.

• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office applications.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of fashion/luxury trends and customer behavior.
